Does It Work on Carpet?

Yes, but depends on the carpet.

It works best on smooth flooring and low-pile carpet. Thick or plush carpet may noticeably slow the ball.

Does It Turn Off Automatically?

Yes.

Normal mode runs for around five minutes and then switches off.

Smart mode runs for around five minutes before entering standby, where interaction can activate it again. 

Can My Cat Turn It Back On?

In Smart mode, interaction with the ball can reactivate play from standby. 

Does It Need Disposable Batteries?

No.

The ball has a built-in rechargeable battery and charges through USB.

Is the Feather Removable?

You can use the ball with or without the feather attachment. 

Can I Leave My Cat Alone With It?

Supervise the first several sessions to see how your cat interacts with the moving ball and feather. Regularly inspect the feather, silicone shell, and charging area for chewing or damage.

If any component becomes damaged or loose, stop using the toy until it is replaced.

How Do I Clean It?

Turn the toy off first. The silicone shell can be removed and gently wiped with a damp cloth. Make sure every part is completely dry before putting the toy back together.
